LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

For warranty information, please read the following information and statement, below, before contacting the retailer or us about warranty replacement. Also, include the following information available when contacting us: Cat® Tools Series Letter, Product Part Number, retailer name and location where purchased, explanation of defect, your contact information: home address, phone number and email address. If possible, please include any images of claim damages or defects. Cat® Tools, a division of Active Products International, provides the following express limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of our product. Product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, unless otherwise stated on the product or packaging, from the date of original purchase, subject to the disclaimers and limitations stated below.

Cat® Tools will replace this product, or such part of the product as may be defective, at the option and cost of Active Products International, subject to the following provisions.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty does not cover a defect resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect or any use not in conformity with the printed directions or commonly intended application of the product. We urge you to inspect the product upon purchase. In the event that a defect in material or workmanship appears within the warranty period, please follow the directions below.

Directions for Making a Claim Under This Warranty:

If you have a claim under this warranty, or would like information on how the warranty may apply, please email us at support@cattools.com at which time the company may instruct to either ship the defective product, or the defective part of the product to the company at the company’s expense, or if chosen by Active Products International, in its sole discretion, to dispose of the defective product or defective part in a manner consistent with your local disposal and recycling laws and ordinances. (For faster service please include the model, name, other identifying numbers, purchase location or information on the product ready for an Active Products International representative to assist you.)

Alternatively, you may also return the original place of purchase, with proof of purchase, for exchange or full refund.
